I would like that if all FXO ports in the Router are busy, the call is switchs to another gateway. Is it possible to do this?
Example:
GatewayLocal Configuration:
dial-peer voice 1 pots
destination-pattern 054T
port 0/0/0:15
forward-digits all
preference 0
dial-peer voice 2 pots
destination-pattern 054T
port 0/0/0:15
forward-digits all
preference 1
dial-peer voice 3 voip
destination-pattern 054T
session target ipv4:<ip address of remote gateway>
preference 2
Or instead of specifying the <ip address of remote gateway>, I must specify the ip address of the CUCM. and I assign to the respective CSS to local Gateway.

Yes. But to begin with, place FXOs in trunk-group for a clean configuration.

Thanks.
Agreement, the configuration should be as follows:
trunk group ANALOG
hunt-scheme least-used
voice-port 0/1/1
trunk-group ANALOG
dial-peer voice 10 pots
trunkgroup ANALOG
destination-pattern 054T
forward-digits all
preference 0
dial-peer voice 2 voip
destination-pattern 054T
session target ipv4:
preference 1
Then, Does the CUCM receives the call originated from H.323 Gateway?
