What exams do I need to complete CCNP with my old accreditations?

Unanswered Question

I have the following exams:

642-825: Implementing Secure Converged Wide Area Networks Fri, 28 Nov 2008
642-901: Building Scalable Cisco Internetworks Tue, 9 Oct 2007

642-811: Building Cisco Multilayer Switched Networks Mon, 25 Sep 2006

640-607: Cisco Certified Network Associate Tue, 18 Jun 2002

Can I simply complete the new TSHOOT exam to finish the CCNP?

Or are the above now obsolete?

Many thanks,

I have this problem too.

Individual exams expire after 3 years, so your BCMSN exam is expired. Your BSCI can be used towards CCNP through October 9, 2010 (3 years from the date you passed the exam). So, you would need to pass the 642-813 (SWITCH) and 642-832 (TSHOOT) exams prior to October 9, 2010. After this date, you would also need to pass 642-902 (ROUTE). See the following link.

Hope this helps.

Any 642 professional level exam will renew CCNA, CCNP, etc. However, it will not renew individual exams. They expire after 3 years.

Hi Brandon

I have a similar situation

I have BSCI (19th Oct2007), BCMSN (5th Oct2008) and TSHOOT (25th Jul2010) valid however I just checked my the certification tracking system and my CCNP doesnt show completed. My CCNA expired on 17th Jun2008, and its showing as expired even when i passed BSCI the previous year, shouldnt appear on the even history tab as recertified after i passed BSCI in 2007?, on the link you sent they put as a prerequisite a valid CCNA. Im so concerned since i dont have time now for CCNA again.

Thanks for any help
