Trying to add a TACACS device to Ciscoworks to backup configuration of the Ciscosecur ACS 1113 device.

But when I try to CW says the device is not in ACS and it is the ACS server that we use for all the other devices.Is this even possible.

I don't believe CiscoWorks LMS has the functionality of "managing" Cisco Secure ACS, such as backing up its configs. You could, however, schedule a  job using an ACS admin account to push the scheduled database dump to an external server.
