Call forward not passing CID

I have a client with the following call route in place


incoming call > blast group > answering service


When the call is redirected out to the answering service it replaces the originating CID info with the CID info of the client in question.


Any suggestions?

What how is the call going out to reach the answering service? Is it going out a SIP or FXO trunk?
