We are currently running unity connection 7.0 and utilizing the IMAP integration with our Groupwise email system. About every two weeks or so we need to restart the IMAP service so that we can retrieve voicemails even though the service is listed as activated and started. Any thoughts?

We are also encountering similar issue, did you find a reason why this is happening?

No we did not and as you can see Cisco had no answer to offer either.
