IPCCX 8.x can't log into Application after LDAP sync

We recently built an IPCCX 8.0(1) with admin accounts created in CUCM 8.0(3).  We recently integrated our CUCM with LDAP.  Now, we can't access IPCCX.  How do we go about recovering access?

Presumably you have verified that all the admin accounts have been deleted as they're not in AD?

Previous to ver 8 you would have run CET and set the system back to 'FRESH_INSTALL' mode; you can then run the initial setup wizard through by clicking next until the screen where you assign admin users.

On version 8 I believe you need to get TAC to run the tool for you...
