Hi!:

Is there a way to download the licensing file from my DMS 5.0? I need to do an upgrade but I do not have these file and Cisco says that you must have it... just in case it wouldn't be upgraded too. Thank you very much!

Karla,

At this time there is no option to download the license file individually.

Make sure you perform a BACKUP prior to the upgrade. In the event

there is an issue with upgrade, you can reinstall 5.0 and the restore

from backup.
