Hi Hani,

No worries my friend

The fact of the matter is still that the "Software feature" license for your CUCM 8.x build is missing;

Cisco Licensing is very,very good about helping you with these licenses when required. Just send an email to;

licensing@cisco.com

Something like this;

We recently aquired licenses tied to PAK xxxxxxxxxxx for our new CUCM 8.x cluster. We have a License tied to MAC CCCDDDAAABBB

for the 2000 DLU's and 2-nodes, but we did not receive the "Software feature" license. Can you please provide this license as we are currently

running in Demo mode.

Here is the pertinent info;

End User Name - Bobmart.com

Legal Address- 123 Fun Street

City,Country- Yahoo, Zip

Purchase Order Number - 111111

Sales Order Number - 2222333

Bill to ID - xxxxx

Ship to ID - xxxxxxxxx

Thanks in advance for all your help with this! Can you please email the new license to:

bob@mart.ca

Hope this helps!

Rob

Hi Hani,

You can see from your second attachment that this build is

actually 8.0.2-4000-1 not 7.1(5) so this may be where the problem lies

The license that is missing is the 8.x "Software Feature" license. You will need to contact;

licensing@cisco.com

To work with them to aquire the 8.x "Software Feature" license or re-build the 7.1.x

version that you have the "Software Feature" license for.

Cheers!

Rob

sorry i wrote the version wrong

my cucm version is 8.0
