Hi all,
I have the issue where I cannot change g711a to anything else, due to the nature of the sip provider. How can I transcribe this so that the call stops being dropped?
Thanks.

You'll need to enable transcoding.

Hope this helps.

I've seen that post. I just don't know which bits to add, or which bits I should be adding.

Thanks:
I get the following message, how do I overcome this?
This change requires SCCP to be in shutdown state.

"no sccp"
Sounds like you may have already had a transcoder configured?

A bit of configuration was there, but not much.
Can someone please help, possibly look at my config? Since tinkering with this, callers cannot hear me, but I can hear them. I still have the issue of voicemail dropped calls. I am pulling my hair out on this one. TAC has been a bit useless, about to get the case reassigned. If I could get some help in the mean time, that would be great.

Can you provide the TAC case number that you have opened to track this issue?
Attach your configurations and I can see if I spot anything out of the normal.
Thanks,
Anthony
