LMS3.2 and SNMP Issue

Network Dude

Hello,

I wonder if anyone can help, I have 4 stacks of 3750s which keep stop responding to SNMP every few hours via LMS.  However I have just tested using a seperate SNMP tool and this confirms that the switches are not responding to SNMP queries.  The switch stacks are pingable through out this period and there is no affect to the users who are connected to the stacks.  I have another 8 stacks of 3750 which do not have any issues at all.

All switches affected are (so are the ones that are fine).

WS-C3750-48P       12.2(44)SE6           C3750-IPBASEK9-M

I have attached a sample config.

Can anyone help?

Cheers,

David.

It could be that the CPU is spiking or something is polling the stack which occupies the SNMP ENGINE and/or IP SNMP processes for this time.  When the problem happens again, post the output of "show stack PID" where PID is the PID of the SNMP ENGINE process and the IP SNMP process (collect two outputs of show stack).  With this, post the full show ver.
