E.164 to SIP URI conversion

Dialling from Cisco UCM environment to Tandberg Video environment. Need to be able to convert from E.164 to SIP URI so that the call can be completed. Cisco SIP Proxy Server?

Any guidelines on best practice/deployment strategy/Install guide?

Can you please elaborate what you are looking for.

Do you want to convert the called number Example +19199919191 to sip:test@daomin.com?

Or you want to convert the call from +19199919191 to sip:+19199919191@domain.com ?

Need to be able to handle both situations, the tandberg environment is using SIP URI mostly and E.164 alias for some of the devices. So we'll need to be able to call from the Cisco IPT environment into the Tandberg devices.
