Editing My Phone APPS

I enabled SNR on a users line.  Works fine.

Customer does not like that other phones show the option under CME Services URL>My Phone APPS> Single Number Reach, even when the phone line is not programmed to allow SNR.  Is the SNR option something that I can edit out of the choices?  I am new at this sort of request.  Any guides or help will be appreciated.  Thanks.

When SNR is not enabled for the phone, it should state in text under that option "SNR is not configured"

I do not know of a way to remove this.  I thought it might have been a setting in the System:ITS file, but its not.

I am thinking it may be in the phone FW itself.
