Our customer currently does call recording on all inbound calls. This is based on the work flow that has been setup in Desktop Administrator, such that it starts recording on answer, etc.
They would like to do call recording on outbound calls as well. The outbound calls are manual calls made from the agent handset, not the Outbound Dialer option. Can these calls be automatically recorded? I have not been able to get this to work.
As a workaround, I have set up manual call recording by giving the agents a start recording button on their CAD. I added the Start Recording utility on the Task1 button and gave it the startrecord icon. Recording works, but the icon appears white on the toolbar. I can't get any icons to show. Any suggestions on this?
