Hello Everyone,
This UC520 is working fine before I restart last week. After restarting the system, three of ip phones(7961) are not working.
It only show registration at the button of ip phone lcd screen. Today, I reset one of ip phone pressing 1-9*0# after power recycle.
After that 1) it shows MAC address of phone
2) ip address of phone, term61.default and upgrading
These two processing are keeping on running.
So, I used new ip phone(7940) and plugged in to that switch port. It runs with the following procedure,
Even I plugged in the new ip phone to live phone's switch port and did a testing, it also end up with TFTP time out.
I used the debug tftp packet and ephone register but no errors. Any idea?
Would be really appreciate for your help.

Hi,
Check the dhcp ip address range for both excluded and included range.

Hi
Try doing a factory reset for your IP Phone & check the TFTP IP address is correct and it has reachability..

I did factory reset but after that even cannot choose phone setting.

WOW..
After checking and changing the dhcp pool range, my ip phones are woking now.
I just reduced the excluded dhcp range.
