I'm new here and I may be in the incorrect forum...but it's the closest forum that potentially matches my issue.
We are a genuine and reputable company, sending/receiving email via an exchange server-2003. We are not SPAMMERs and
have measures in place to stop SPAM from getting on to our exchange server.
Some external domains, who use CISCO IRONPORT are giving us a 'neutral' reputation score and blocking 'some' of our email.-not all,
some email does get thru'.
This only happens on 1 of our IPs, the sendbase.org only flags this IP.
What can I do to increase our reputation score..so that there are no blockages and all of our email gets to it's destination?
