Car login - page blank

I can log on the car, but nothing appears. The page is blank. I Restarted Restart Cisco CDR Agent, Cisco Database Layer Monitor and Cisco CDR Repository Manager services on all the servers in my cluster. I deactivated the cdr enable flag on all servers. Actually cdr enable flag is on and the ftp receives the cdr logs, but I can´t to see the menus when I make logon. I restarted the Car Web service and Car Scheduler, but nothing happened.

Callmanager is integrated AD and OK.

So the CAR tool worked fine before?

Has this ever worked before?

Have you tried restarting the cisco tomcat services from the CLI?

Do a SSH session into the call manager publisher, and run the command:

utils service restart Cisco Tomcat

See if that fixes the issue.
