Memory High on LMS3.2 and JRN is Down

We have LMS3.2 installed on a Windows 2008 server SP1, we noticed when we opened the RME home page it states that the JRM processors are down, in actual fact it is up and running

Also we noticed that the memory is running almost 100% whilst the CPU is running low

We started the services, rebooted the server, made sure that the CW processors are on manual on the appropriate services etc

We also loaded the CSCta56151 and CSCtd18854 patches

This has not resolve the problem
