UC520 conference options

we are routing voip calls between two offices using an UC520 at each site. The UC520 in each site has a T1 connection to an existing

Avaya PBX. internal users are able to do conference calls between offices. When external calls come in to either office we are unable to

conference them in voer the uc520 to the other office. All internal extensions are from the Avaya PBX the uc520 only routes call over the itnernet.

any ideas?

When you are not able to conference external callers over to the other office what are the symptoms?

Is your conference resource in CCA configured for single mode (g711) or mixed mode (g711/g729)?
