i've attached the requested file.

rme and cisco view are not listed.

should i manually enter the following lines ?

rme:Resource Manager Essentials
cvw:CiscoView

Yes, shutdown Daemon Manager, add those two lines, then restart.

After adding the line, rme and cv are shown in the device update window.

For cv the device update works fine. But for rme we get some error messages:

after upgrading rme ro 4.3.1 the device update job works without any problem.
