CME locale phone problem

hi,

i m using CME 7.1 on Cisco 1861 ( 12.4(24).


I have donwloaded the CME-Locale-Fr .tar , and i follow the all steps for installation.



the config is :




telephony-service
max-ephones 12
max-dn 16
ip source-address 192.168.100.1 port 2000
--More--                            user-locale FR
network-locale FR
network-locale 1 FR
network-locale 2 FR
network-locale 3 FR
network-locale 4 FR
load 7911 SCCP11.8-5-3S.loads
load 7942 SCCP42.8-5-3S.loads
time-format 24
date-format dd-mm-yy
max-conferences 4 gain -6
web admin system name admin password admin
dn-webedit
time-webedit
transfer-system full-consult
login timeout 5
create cnf-files version-stamp Jan 01 2002 00:00:00

The problem is the all phone still in english.   please could someone help ?

Hi Hicham,


Just to check, did you do these final 2 steps


Step 12 Use the create cnf-files command to rebuild the configuration files.


Step 13 Use the reset command to reset the phones and see the localized displays.
