I'd like to know if anyone has face the issues that we are having with Supervisor desktop
when the supervisor is logged in and tries to monitor the agents
the agents goes away and never gets back. we are on UCCX 7.0.1 SR5
the agent needs to log out and log back in and then the supervisor will be able to monitor the agent for 1 minute before the agents goes away
have you experienced this problem ?
how did you solve it?
This is usually a firewall on either the Supervisor or Agent's PC that is blocking updates.
