Hi,
Would someone tell me how to register the Polycom SoundStation IP 5000 Phone on CallManager 7? Should it be configured as an H.323 Phone or a Sip(Basic)device. The callmanager is integrated to AD. Any document available?

If you have SIP stack on phone then I would go with SIP. Create it as a
basic SIP device CUCM. It is really quite simple. Here is a polycom doc on
configuring the phone itself:

If the polycom supports H.323 add it as a H.323 device
If the polycom supports SIP add it as a SIP device.
