NAT Fails

Hi, I am trying to NAT inside hosts to access the internet but it fails and gives this error message. Can somone please help what is going on.

(NAT*: Can't create new inside entry - forced_punt_flags: 0)

interface Dialer1
ip address X.X.X.X 255.255.255.0
ip nat outside
ip virtual-reassembly
encapsulation ppp
dialer pool 1
no cdp enable
ppp authentication chap callin
ppp chap hostname XX@XX
ppp chap password 0 XX

interface Vlan2
ip address 192.168.7.1 255.255.255.0
ip nat inside
ip virtual-reassembly
