Migration CCM4.2 to CCM8 : how about license and data migration?

Hi,

We plan to migrate a customer from CCM4.2 to CCM8.

Question : How about the license migration from 4.2 to version 8?

Can you give any link about lincensing migration, and migration from v4 to v8?

There is no direct migration path, you need to go to a 6.X or 7.X before going to 8.X

If you use DMA and then the Linux to Linux migration all your licenses will be migrated in the process, otherwise if you do a fresh install you need to reach licensing (licensing@cisco.com) so they can migrate the licenses.
