cme - block only outgoing calls but still allow internal calls

CME with around 30 phones. All phones have to be able to make non-limited outgoing calls and non-limited calls between each other, only one phone must be allowed to make only local calls to other phones in CME but not any otgoing calls.  In the same time, all phones must be accessible from outside.

COR doesn't work fine. The reason is because when I use it the phone I want to deny outgoing calls stopped to make local calls too

:

--------------------------------------------------------

dial-peer cor custom
name local_call
name not-limited_outgoing_calls
!
!
dial-peer cor list outgoing
member not-limited_outgoing_calls
!
dial-peer cor list non-outgoing
member local_call

----------------------------------------------------
dial-peer voice 101 pots
corlist outgoing outgoing

!
dial-peer voice 102 pots
corlist outgoing outgoing

!
dial-peer voice 103 pots
corlist outgoing outgoing

!
dial-peer voice 104 pots
corlist outgoing outgoing

!
dial-peer voice 105 pots
corlist outgoing outgoing

!
dial-peer voice 106 pots
corlist outgoing outgoing

!
dial-peer voice 107 pots
  corlist outgoing non-outgoing
---------------------------------------------------------

allow phones instead one to make all possible calls (the most phones are SCCP but I have two SIP phones):

ephone-dn 23
corlist outgoing outgoing

=  =  =  =

=  =  =  =
ephone-dn 29
corlist outgoing outgoing

voice register pool  3
  cor incoming outgoing default

---------------------------------------------------------

only for this phone (it is SIP phone)  I must reject outgoing calls.

voice register pool  2
cor incoming non-outgoing default

----------------------------------------------

Now the last phone cannot make any calls, even to other internal phones. This is actually the problem

First of all, you should group all you pots DP under a singl trunk-group to simplify configuration.

Second, if you only want to block external calls, it may be simpler to use "after-hours".

Hy, thanks fot the answer. I've tried with after-hours, it's worked for outgoing (all phones was after-hours exempt and only one wasn't).

But no one phone was accessible from outside with after-hours.
