Cisco 7975 - reset

hi there .. can any one tell me how to reset cisco 7975 phone to its factory defaults plz dont tell me its # followed by 123456789*0# becoz everytime i am doing this it shows its upgrading the image but again comes back to the old configuration dont know from where becoz i check my call manager and not able to find that phone's MAC and the extension it is taking by default is given to some other phone .. the phone model is also not in the list of devices...

any suggestions...please help

You have done a factory reset, but the phone is getting the configuration from your CCM.


Are you sure you are searching for it correctly?


What version of CCM do you have?


Which server in your cluster do you use for TFTP (i.e. the Publisher or another server)?


Have you verified that your CCMs are replicating properly?
