Hello

We have a LAN which consists of Catalyst 3750 boxes. Recently the network has been slowed down at various time. It could be a fault NIC or device increasing the network traffic

So what stat am I looking for on ports ?  Would it be a hig number of collisons or TX Rate

We run citrix so most traffic is ICA back to central all work stations too so should not be too much going on network wise

Im using Cisco Network Assistant for visibilty on the network as im new too all this

Thank you

Hi

most likely it is broadcast shtorm. When the network slowed down try to do "sh int sum" on an agregation swith if you can get console. Look ports with a maximum load, most likely they all well belong to the one vlan. look for the cause of loop.
