have configure vpn 3000,but when I try to connect it from inside  and people trying to connect from outside are getting the same error (Secure vpn connection terminated locally by the client,reason412:the remote peer is no longer responding.

I follow the step by step guide from  this book (Cisco Press Self Study CCSP Cisco Secure VPN Exam Certification Guide by John F Rloland and Mark J Newcomb) anybody have another guide for vpn 3000 concentrator config.
