CUCM Call Log DB access

Dear Expert,

I want to access the CUCM 6.1 DB to get the call log details (including the call duration) of some selected users by their extensions.

I heard that I can do this by creating a username and password somewhere inside the call manager, can anybody help me where to create this account?

You probably mean you're going to use SOAP
