Calls not hitting the autoattendant

Hi,

I have the following config for my phone solution:

CME

3 Basic rate ISDN lines

1 Mobile BRI Router for Mobile/ Cellphones.

I have run several tests calling various ISDN lines to try and hit the autoattendant. with no calls active on the router I am still getting intermittent engaged tones and calls just dropping off. i cannot figure out whats going on. my phone system config seems fine but still calls keep getting dropped.

Any ideas what might be happening?

Paul.

Collect the following for a failure and we can take a look:

debug voip ccapi inout

debug isdn q931

debug ccsip mess

Collect logs via:

Router(config)# service sequence
Router(config)# service timestamps debug datetime msec
Router(config)# logging buffered 10000000 7
Router(config)# no logging con
Router(config)# no logging mon
Router(config)# voice iec syslog

Router# term len 0

Router# sh logg

Note calling/called number for failure.
