At my company we are currently using Meridian Mail and on this system we have a feature where users can call a number and then enter an extension (followed by #) and be transferred to that user's mailbox. Is there any way I can do this on Cisco Unity Connection?
I have tried to use this through the Directory Handler and do a bulk edit to all user's transfer settings, making it go directly to greetings. However, this effects other features like Call Sender (Live Reply).
Surely there is some Call Handler set up that allows users to dial an extension and be directed to that persons greeting.

Thank you for the attachment. I failed to mention that we are not using Call Manager. We
are using a PIMG integration and all calls are coming from our Nortel switch.
However, looking at previous forumns I found that a simple way to go to the greeting is by pressing #2 from the directory handler. I think this will be just fine for our users.
