IPMA Divert not work

Hi

I have a CUCM 7.1.3 and I trying to configure IPMA proxy line using the wizard, but the Divert not work. Adding, I see that the CTI RP is not registered.

Any idea?

The first thing to address is to get the CTI RP registered.  Make sure under your IPMA service parameters everything was populated properly such as the correct CTI RP, servers, etc.  If that is all ok, try and restart the IPMA, CTIManager, and Tomcat services.
