DCR - Unreachable Device polls stops working

I have another issue related to the new feature called Device Poll

Device and Credentials - Admin - Device Polling - Device Poll Settings

I have settings going and the report once were fine for a day or so, but stopped suddenly to run.

Job browser show the job-id as "running"

no device are reported in Unreachable Device Report, since the job never finishes.

I have tried several different setting, like:




run time every 6 hours and every 24 hours ...

The servers are recently installed and patched.

Win2003 servers

Any ideas why this new feature isnt running ?

This problem has been reported before, but unfortunately, a resolution has not been found.  We need to see a full thread dump of the DCRDevicePoll process while the job is running.  Open a service request with TAC, and they can walk you through the process to get this output.
