voice msgs through msg button on ip phone

Hi all,

I have CME ver 7.1 & CUE ver 7 ... i am not able to access my voice msgs by pressing messages button on ip phone .... i can access my voice msgs by dialing voice mail number .....can any one tell me where im doing mistake ???

Hi

On your CME router, configure the following:

telephony-service

voicemail 1234

Where 1234 is your voicemail number.
