We just moved fro
IPCC express ver 3.5 to UCCX 8.0 and we need to block agent to
agent chats. We had this back in 3.5. We just need the agents to be able to send to supervisors. Also when a Supervisor send a chat ( not a team message) to all agents, all the replys come back in indivdual chat boxes. In 3.5 it stayed in all supervisors one chat sessions. Can anyone tell me how to change these.
