UCCX 8.0 Agent to Agent Chat

Unanswered Question

We just moved fro

IPCC express ver 3.5 to UCCX 8.0 and we need to block agent to

agent chats.  We had this back in 3.5.  We just need the agents to be able to send to supervisors.  Also when a Supervisor send a chat ( not a team message) to all agents, all the replys come back in indivdual chat boxes.  In 3.5 it stayed in all supervisors one chat sessions.  Can anyone tell me how to change these.

Look at the Desktop Admin manual, find the workflow that the agents are in. Then in User Interface, unclick the button for Chat on the toolbar. This removes the agents ability to chat with others

Then add a new task button and make this a Chat to Supervisor task. This gives them back the power to chat, but with supers only.

I do not know about the 3rd issue. Chat from supers should always be in individual boxes.
