VT Advantage camera's and outgoing calls

3 end users using the Cisco VT Advantage USB camera's.

Each end user has a different model phone - 7940, 7960, 7961.

Station to station calling is fine.

But on an intermittent basis, when calls are placed outside the local network, the end user either hears a reorder tone (fast busy) or nothing - dead air.  It takes several tries and eventually the call will go thru.

By outside, I mean the caller dials 9 first and then the 7 digit DN.

CUCM 6.1.2

VT Advantage v2.1.2

Camera driver version 1.0.4

No other phone experiences this problem, only the 3 associated with VT Advantage.

I have this problem too.
