Solved: Unity Connection e-mail notification

I have Unity Connection e-mail notification configured with Cisco PCA link embedded. However, the URL comes with the name of the CUC. Is there a way to change the name by the IP address instead?

Sorry, try this

System Settings -> Advanced ->Connection Administration-> Host Name/Address for Link to Cisco PCA in Notification Messages

If you login to Unity Connection and goto System Settings->SMTP Configuration->Smart Host

Do you have the hostname or IP address listed here?

Hi Justin

In the field smart host I have the IP address of my mail server which I am relaying the mail notifications.

My problem is that when the user receives by e-mail the message of new voice mail, there is an URL point to cisco PCA in the e-mail body, something like:

https:///ciscopca

I need to replace the CUC name by its IP address...

Ahh ok gotcha

You need to set up the URL in the SA. Go the System | Configuration | Settings screen and look for Cisco Personal Communications Assistant (PCA) Internet Address.

Make sure to use http:// so it shows up as a clickable link. http:///ciscopca
