CME transfer from AA to vm problem

I have an 800 number which is forwarded by the carrier to a DID number. That DID number is assigned to the receptionist phone. When she is not at the desk she forwards that phone to an AA. In the AA people can dial a 4 digit extension to reach somebody, when they do dial an extension of a person who has a voicemail and that person is not at their desk, CUE gives me a message that there is no VM for this extension.

I have tried using voicemail mail-box selection last redirect  and voicemail mail-box selection original party

Still the same thing

Please take "debug ccsip message" with "term mon" for a troubled calls.

What happens if you call the DN directly and let it roll to VM?  Do you have the same issue, or are you able to leave a message?  Does the issue happen if you call from an internal IP phone instead of a PSTN phone?

show telephony-service

debug ccsip mess

debug voip ccapi inout
