Unity Connection - Calls not being answered

I have an issue, we have NON-DIDs that are not being answered, when I watch the RTMT, it shows the numbers being manipulated (12197 to 02197) I looked into the DNA and it shows that they are working correctly and no translation is occuring...

Where else should I look - this is weird.

If you don't need to add or strip any digits just leave it blank.

By default it's empty, so someone had to change the mask and caused this.

Yes, it looks like it. I thought that this box used to be empty! I am going to try to remove this after hours and see if it sovles my issues. For the life of me, I wonder why that is now their....

Do I need to put something there? I dont think so right? All of our extensions are 0XXXX or 1XXXX
