Connecting Problems/ACS-Radius with Cisco VPN-Client 1.1.4

Hello,

While connecting to the Radius-Server (Token-Authentication) with Cisco VPN-Client 1.1.4, I got this error:

Date,Time,Message-Type,User-Name,Group-Name,Caller-ID,Authen-Failure-Code,Author-Failure-Code,Author-Data,NAS-Port,NAS-IP-Address
16/08/2010,07:51:10,Authen failed,xxx,xxx,,External DB auth failed,,,xxx,x.x.x.x
16/08/2010,08:57:33,Authen failed,xxx,xxx,,External DB auth failed,,,xxx,x.x.x.x

Can anyone help me to solve the problem?

Hi,

Can you check the External Database configuraton settings of your ACS server,I am suspecting the connectivity/configuration issue between your ACS to the (Token Database Server).

Hello Samy,

I think there is a problem between ACS server and the database. Do you have any experience with restoring the system?

We found some *.mdb-Files. Do you know the name of the files the database is consisting on?
