I have a question : For IPMA service the soft client Console is mandatory?

The client want to operate only the IP Phones , don´t want the software.

CUCM ver. 7.1.3


I have this problem too.

The Cisco Unified CallManager Assistant Console is not required for using IPMA.  You can use only the phone service but there are a few features that are only accessible through the desktop software such as adding numbers to your filters.
