hi guys: call prevention for call agents

dear all ,i have a call manager has 384 user with 20 call agents , what i want is to prevent these agents from calling users and prevent users from calling agents,,,but some managers can call some agents,,

for this i come up with the solution that i craeted Partitions and CSS for agents, managers , and users but

when i put these users into Partitions they cannot receive calls and they can call out side...

any idea guys

I have this problem too.

it's matter of partitions and call search space you need to plan for it well
