Hi Andrew,
To get you started running on the demo license use;
service-module# no license activate ivr sessions
Then you will be able to use the VM feature.
As for the "Permanent" licenses you will need to
work with;
licensing@cisco.com
To secure the full licenses.
Cheers!

Hi Andrew,
You can buy CSL licences for the following types of features:
• Mailboxes • Ports • IVR • TimeCardView
Currenly you have only port license.You have to purchase mailbox license also to activate mailbox also.CUE comes with 8week demo license for all features.You can use this if ur license delivery takes time.

Hi Bijin,
How can I try that 8 weeks demo license? If I wan to purchase license, what kind of license should I get?
Reference to http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/unity_exp/rel7_1/install/over.html#wp1084665,
I found one License code which is as follow. Is it the correct one that I need to get?
SCUE-LIC-25CME= Unity Express License 25 Voice Mailbox-Auto Attendant-CCME
All your advice will be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Andrew

Hi Neil,
It looks like the 6 available Ports have been dedicated to the IVR sessions/service
which would leave 0 for standard VM access. I also don't see any permanent VMbox
licenses loaded

Depending on a variety of factors, you may be entitled to migration licenses.
These may be obtained immediately online at: https://tools.cisco.com/SWIFT/Licensing/LicenseAdminServlet/displayUpgradeableProducts using the product S/N.
