Below is the symbole and attached and info

The icon next to the release number indicates that a software image(s) under that release has received an elevated status designation from Cisco

Hi,

If you click the associated hyperlink next to the software image this indicates that the image has either received Assurewave (Wireless), Cisco Validated Design,

or Safe Harbor designations.

For AssureWave designation.

For Cisco Validated Design

For Safe Harbor

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/netsol/ns504/networking_solutions_program_category_home.html

If IOS version received Safe Habor designations, it means no major defects identified in tested areas.

"Regardless of the test results, a thorough bug scrub should be performed prior to every deployment. Also, a full review of the Safe Harbor documentation should be completed in order to identify gaps between what is tested in Safe Harbor and what is being planned for deployment. Any identified gaps should be tested by the customer and brought to the attention of the Safe Harbor team for possible inclusion in future test cycles." ---> from safe habor

Hi Kim ,

sorry for the late query ,

Does this means Safe Harbor designation image is recomanded by cisco to upgrade as compaired to other releases available .
