Is there a way to turn off or record over system scipts?
After caller listens to mailbox greeting, they hear " please leave a message after the tone, when you are finished press pound for more options"
Customer wants to turn this off.
Any Ideas?

Point your browser to 10.1.10.1, enter your credentials.
Then choose Voice Mail > Mailboxes > Edit. Select the GDM in question and change the selection that reads "Play Tutorial" to No; then Apply.
Test and advise us of your result.

Play Tutorial was set to off.
Any other ideas?
