I need to configure a virtual operator to redirect incoming calls to different departments when user press different buttons in phone.

There are plenty of posts on how to configure a simple AA, next time please try searching the CSC before asking.


CTI RP with CFA to VM in CUCM


Create matching call handler for the above DN.

Record your greeting


Create 1 call handler for each option you need to transfer to.

Set the transfer options to "yes, ring subscriber at this extension" and whatever DN you need.


Then in the main CH under caller input set each option accordingly using the "attempt transfer option"
