Telepresence Phone Subscription Error

Hi.


CTS 500, When the IP phone is trying to subscribe to the services (midilet), On the phone It gives error " error, contact administrator".

I have "CTS 500 with Version:  CTS 1.6.0(3954) and Phone Version: SIP75.9-0-3S."


What could be the problem ??

The problem is that in IP Phone Services configuration you should leave the field Service Version blank!

Everything is working fine now!
