Which is the best Module in LMS to get Availability Reports?

I know IPM, RME and even DFM can produce some sort of availa

bility data. I'm looking to get a monthly report for some interfaces showing the percentage of time (in hours) that

the interface was up and at the same time also show me the number of times an interface changed state.

I have LMS 3.2 with CM, RME, IPM, DFM. No HUM.

HUM is really the module that does this. Neither RME, DFM, or IPM will give this kind of percentage of availability. Attached is the output of a HUM report showing overall availability for a device.
