Please use TFTPd32.

It supports file sizes greater than 16 MB and is pretty stable. You do not

need to do much with regard to configuration. All you need to do is enable

TFTP server portion and place the files in the root folder. You can pick the

root folder if it is different from the one already configured.

My vote is also for TFTPd32. I have been using it for ages now and have not had any issues with it.
