IP Phones 7912 - CM 7.1.5

Hello.

I had installed the CM 7.1.3 and now i upgraded it to 7.1.5. When i apply the softkey configuration to 7912 ip phones, i can not see the AbbrDial Softkey.

I loaded the last firmware version for that type of phone on the CUCM but it not work.

You do not add that softkey to the softkey template, it's already there.

While on-hook dial 1 digit and you should see it appear.

If you mean for off-hook follow these instructions.

Yeah you are right it is in offhook but the Abbr Softkey does not appear, it´s the same for 7911 ip phones.
